I find that health problems such as the ones I have mentioned above affect our lives because our health is such a vital and important component to us all leading happy and fulfilling lives.
When we lose our wellness and start to loose our health and vitality it can impact greatly on how we handle our everyday life pressures. What we had previously taken in our stride can become more difficult and challenging. In turn this can start to affect both our personal relationships and the quality of our work and even our joy in life.
Health problems rarely come to us without some warning or previous sign that we are under par. Our bodies will have spoken to us but I find we are all masters at ignoring early warning signs and "pushing on".
These early warning signs can be colds, sore throats, headaches, loss of energy, stomach upset, back pain or some other joint pain.
Hormonally too we may have noticed changes such as heavier menstruation or no menstruation cycle. Mood swings, such as irritability or anger, deep sadness, or crying.
Some or a mixture of these symptoms can start to become a regular feature of our life as our health declines. We lose our health like grains of sand, little by little, so that sometimes feeling under par starts to become normal to us. A lot of clients I meet for the first visit say they gradually accepted symptoms such as headaches or back ache or loss of energy. They would take a pill or push through their symptoms paying little or no attention to them.
My work and treatments cover all these health issues and many more. I find clients may come with one overriding health concern but on taking their health history and talking to them, I discover they have a range of connecting health problems they have gradually just learnt to live with.
My approach is to start treating you by working with your most pressing health problem first and work from there. My treatments and work are a process I undertake with you that at all times remains supportive and pro-active in helping you understand your health in a multi dimensional way. My goal is to help you to achieve excellent health, wellbeing and have more vitality.
